Bio
Born in 1977, the younger of three children. He is originary from Biskra where the Sahara desert starts.
He grew up in Algeria until the age of 17 before moving to Switzerland to study engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. After graduating, he worked as an engineer and eventually as an investment manager for a venture capital firm.
In 2008, he launched Helvetiq, a board game for learning about Switzerland while having fun.
He writes fiction. His first book, a collection of short stories, was published by Edition d'en bas in the fall of 2009.
He lives in between Lausanne and Cambridge Massachusetts with his wife and daughter.
